Tavalon tea bar, operated by Korean American John-Paul Lee is opening as a shop-in-shop configuration at Townhouse Spa, located at 56 St. in Manhattan, a place popular among celebrities. Tavalon tea bar is delaying its opening schedule due to the busy holiday season to about mid-December and now wrapping up on construction. Starting last month, Tavalon has provided tea for hair product ingredients, and Lee suggested this shop-in-shop plan when the responses from spa customers were known to be positive. Tavalon is further providing tea ingredients at G Spa inside the Gansevoort Hotel as tea is becoming the spotlight for the most luxurious skincare product ingredient. Tavalon is also in the process of creating a contract with a global spa consulting company, WTS. If this contract comes to fruition, Tavalon will be expanding shop-in-shop branches to approximately 1,000 worldwide.

타발론 티 바 타운하우스 스파에 샵인샵 형태로 입점: 한인 2세 잔폴 이 씨가 운영하는 타발론 티 바가 미 연예인들이 찾는 곳으로 유명한 맨하탄 56가 소재 타운하우스 스파에 내달 샵인샵 형태로 입점할 예정이다. 타 발론 티바 타운하우스점은 할러데이 시즌을 맞아 바빠진 탓에 본래 계획했던 것보다 2주 정도 늦춰진 12월 중순께 오픈할 예정으로 현재 막바지 공사가 한창이다.지난달 말부터 스파에서 쓰이는 미용재료로 차를 공급하기 시작, 스파 손님들의 반응이 좋아 잔폴 이 사장이 직접 샵인샵 플랜을 제시했다. 피부미용재료로 최고급 천연 차가 각광받으면서 이달 맨하탄 소재 W호텔의 G스파에도 미용재로로 차를 납품하고 있으며 현재 세계 굴지의 스파 컨설팅 회사인 WTS와도 계약 협상 중이다. 만약 이 계약이 체결되면 타발론 티 바가 전 세계 1,000여개의 고급 스파에 샵인샵 형태로 들어서게 된다.
